BuildControl Client

BuildControl Client is an app for whoever pays for the renovation and wants to know what is happening on site. Your contractor shows you a QR code or sends a link, you join — and from then on you see the same as they do, but with the right to decide. What's inside: • Project progress that counts only work you have accepted: no arbitrary percentages. • Acceptance: accept, accept with remarks or return for rework. Every decision has a date and an author. • Budget: estimate, expense approvals, receipts, overruns — all in one place. • Daily photo reports, your issues and their fixes with photos. • Project, stage and task chats. Agreements don't get lost in messengers. • A completion forecast based on the actual pace next to the planned date. • A completion certificate confirming the amount due. Data is stored on the server and available from any device. An internet connection is required. The app is free: there are no purchases or paid features. App languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish.
