Daily Company

Daily Company is daily spiritual reading with one writer at a time — a saint or spiritual master and the book they left. It is a formation app, not a meditation playlist with a saint badge. The hallway is the front door. You choose a house, then live in it: today’s reading is already waiting. There is no plan to start, and no streak to break. Depth is optional; the house is the app. The hallway is open Benedict, Thomas à Kempis, Francis de Sales, Ignatius, Augustine, Francis of Assisi, Teresa of Avila, Gregory, Alphonsus Liguori, Thérèse, John of the Cross, Catherine, Montfort, Scupoli, Brother Lawrence, Cassian, the Desert Fathers, Newman, Bernard, and Serra. What you get • Today’s reading on a quiet, breviary-like page • Benedict’s house: the Rule on the thrice-yearly Benedictine calendar, a lay-scaled Hours, Lectio over the day’s passage, Gregory’s Life of Benedict, the Tools of Good Works, and the Medal • The other houses: the book they left, cut for the year, and the practice that belongs to that life — de Sales’ Bouquet, Kempis’ Cell, Ignatius’ Examen, Serra’s journey and twenty-one missions • Read Through, if you’d rather take the book as written • Offline after download — daily spiritual reading without an account or feed How a house works You enter once. The calendar and the text do the rest. Benedict’s Rule returns three times a year. Most companions follow a year-long cycle of the book itself. Serra walks the California missions. Free sample mornings let you taste a house before you unlock the rest. Unlocking One-time unlocks per house, or All Saints for the whole hallway. No subscription. No account. You buy a house the way you keep a book — once. Who it is for Readers who want company with a writer, not a streak counter. Catholics and anyone drawn to these texts who prefer a quiet page over gamified devotion. An independent app from Daddoo Dev. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by any monastery, abbey, congregation, or religious order.
