Play a short chime to get attention, then speak: your voice goes out live through the phone speaker, a Bluetooth speaker or a wired speaker, tuned for clear speech. Raise the gain until everyone can hear, keeping the phone away from the speaker GOOD PRACTICE Start quietly and turn up step by step. Keep loud speakers away from people's ears. Only use the app where people know an announcement is being made, never to listen in on others. PRIVACY Audio is processed on the phone in real time and is never sent anywhere. It is saved only when you tap Record, and recordings stay on your phone until you share or delete them. We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand usage and fix crashes (switch them off in Settings). Ads in the free version use your device's advertising ID.

New in 1.4.0: a warning when the sound distorts, with a one-tap fix. A summary after each mic session (howls stopped, distortion, levels) with a tip. Low battery alerts while the mic is on. Days off for the schedule, plus Say the time and hourly time announcements.
