RPlan: Trip Planner

RPlan is a trip planner organised around when you need things: weeks out, days out, and on the day itself. WEEKS OUT: PLAN THE DAYS BEFORE THE DATES • Build a day with no date attached, then place it on the calendar once the flights are booked. Everything on it comes along. • Every plan keeps its own local time and timezone: a 09:00 departure reads 09:00 wherever you look from. • Price things in any currency; RPlan converts into the trip's currency and keeps day and trip totals. • Mark what's booked and what's still an idea. • See the free time between plans, and spot a day that's packed too tight. DAYS OUT: PACK FROM A LIBRARY, NOT FROM MEMORY • Your bags and items belong to you, not to one trip. Build your carry-on once, then choose what goes in it each time. • Weight adds up per item, per bag and per trip, in grams or pounds. • A checklist for each trip, and a readiness score for checklist, days planned and bags packed. ON THE DAY: WHAT'S NEXT, AT A GLANCE • A trip-day notification with the next plan and its time, updated through the day. • Home screen widgets: the days to go, today's plans and your checklist (tick items off right from the widget). • Directions to the next plan in one tap. • Reminders before each plan, if you want them. • Share the trip as a PDF. WORKS OFFLINE Everything you've planned is on your phone. Make changes on a plane or abroad without data, and they sync when you're back online, with rplan.org and your other devices.
