Flotko

Flotko helps you track costs and due dates for personal and company vehicles. Record fuel, servicing, repairs, registration, insurance, tolls and other expenses. Data is stored on your phone and works offline; a linked account enables cloud synchronization. Track consumption, reports by vehicle and driver, monthly budgets and reminders. Use operating hours instead of mileage for tractors and excavators. Trucks support trips, loaded and empty journeys, and temperature checks using photos of the refrigeration display. Owners can record transport income, invoices, due dates and partial payments. A client directory and outstanding debt overview help you follow up on collections. Income and profit data is private to the owner; drivers cannot access it. Export CSV files for further analysis. Choose Macedonian, Serbian in Cyrillic or Latin script, or English. Your base currency can be MKD, RSD or EUR. Changing the base currency does not convert existing amounts. Shared vehicles use their owner's currency. Macedonian M-Tag/M-Card links appear when using MKD. The AI assistant helps with vehicle questions and reading documents and receipts. AI needs an internet connection, and its answers should be checked; it does not replace a mechanic's inspection. GPS permission is requested only when you choose your current location as a trip's starting point. There is no background location tracking. The free plan supports one owned vehicle, with Pro options for more vehicles. Vehicles you only drive do not count toward your limit. All features are unlocked during the first 30 days.
