drivoo driver

drivoo driver is the app for chauffeurs who drive with drivoo through a partner fleet. Your account is created by your fleet or by drivoo; you sign in with your UAE mobile number and a code by SMS. There is no sign-up in the app. START YOUR SHIFT • See your fleet, your documents and their expiry dates, and whether anything stops you from going online. • Choose your car and complete the pre-trip checklist. • Go online, take a break, mark an external trip or go offline. • Today's net earnings and the cash you hold, always in view. JOB OFFERS • Each offer shows the pickup and how far it is, the destination, the class, passengers and bags, extras, how the rider pays and your estimated earnings. • Accept or decline before the countdown ends. Declining doesn't affect your pay. • Turn on auto-accept if you prefer, and choose whether offers vibrate. YOUR SCHEDULED JOBS • The next 48 hours, grouped by day, with flight number, terminal, name board text, extras and payment method. ONE STEP AT A TIME • Head to pickup, arrive, start the trip and complete the drop-off, in order. • Open the route in Google Maps or Waze, or Apple Maps on iPhone. • Show the guest's name board full screen at the airport. • Chat with the passenger, call operations, report an issue, or use Emergency SOS. AT THE END OF THE TRIP • Waiting time and Salik and Darb toll crossings are worked out from the trip's GPS trail. You can flag a crossing you think is wrong. • Add parking you paid, with a photo of the receipt. • Confirm the cash you collected, or see that the ride was paid online. • Rate the passenger. EARNINGS AND CASH • Your net share for today, this week or this month, and your completed rides. • Cash in hand, and record your cash deposits with a photo of the deposit receipt. • Share your earnings statement. DOCUMENTS • Renew or update your RTA permit, UAE driving licence, Emirates ID and residence visa with a photo or a PDF, and set the expiry date. LOCATION While you are on shift (online, on a break or on an external trip), drivoo driver shares your location, also in the background, so dispatch can offer you nearby rides, follow your trip and detect Salik and Darb toll crossings. It stops when you go offline. The app is in English. drivoo is operated by TechSphere Solutions Ltd, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
