BusinessSetu is a workspace for doctors and authorised clinic teams. Sign in to your clinic, keep its name and branding, and coordinate appointments with the everyday work at reception. DOCTOR WORKSPACE Review WhatsApp appointment requests, approve or update visits, view today's appointments and maintain clinic details, consultation fees and working hours. Switch between your authorised BusinessSetu workspaces. CLINIC TOOLS Open secure clinic tools for patient registration, reception queues, consultation records, prescriptions, uploaded reports, itemised invoices and verified receipts. These advanced tools open the BusinessSetu website in your system browser and require a separate sign-in. Confirm the selected clinic before working on a patient. MANUAL WORKFLOWS INCLUDED Register walk-in patients, use numeric appointment codes when a patient has no smartphone, record arrival, manage the queue and record cash already received or UPI payments verified by the clinic. Print records and receipts for patients who need paper copies. Clinic staff can draft consultation records; the assigned doctor verifies published prescriptions. DOCTOR-APPROVED STAFF ACCESS Staff use their own accounts and need clinic approval. Available tools depend on their role and the services enabled for the clinic. WHATSAPP AND PAYMENTS Patient messages depend on recorded consent, clinic settings, message allowance and WhatsApp provider availability or template approval. Estimated waiting times can change. A patient's payment claim is not a verified receipt, and recording a receipt does not initiate a bank transfer. LIGHT AND DARK APPEARANCE The app follows your device's appearance and displays the selected clinic's workspace branding. BusinessSetu serves multiple client clinics; it is not limited to one doctor or location. A BusinessSetu account and clinic access are required. Internet is needed to save and synchronise clinic work. Keep a paper queue during an outage and reconcile it when service returns. This release is for clinic teams. A standalone patient app and cross-provider referral network are not included. BusinessSetu supports clinic administration and record keeping.
