A warehouse puzzle drawn like a technical floor plan. Guide a small forklift worker in a hard hat and shove every box onto a blue pad. You may move only one box at a time and only forwards, never pull, so a careless shove into a corner can jam the whole job.
Item 01 — Bays: 30 hand-built and generated warehouses across five bays, from A Intake Dock and B Racking Aisle through C Cross Dock and D Cold Store to E High Bay. Each one is proven solvable by the yard solver.
Item 02 — Stars: match the par count of shoves for three stars, stay within one and a half times par for two, or simply finish for one. Bays open in order.
Item 03 — Tools: unlimited undo, restart and a hint that marks the next box to move and how many shoves remain. Boxes stuck on dead cells are highlighted, and you can swipe, tap a square or use the arrow pad.
Item 04 — Time Trial: three minutes on the clock and fresh floors one after another, with points for every cleared layout and a history of your runs. The daily mode adds one generated floor for each date, a seven-day strip and a streak.
Item 05 — Shift Log and Badges: boards cleared, stars, worker steps, undos, hints asked, stars per bay as a chart and a list of recent jobs, plus 14 badges from First Pallet to Day Shift.
Item 06 — Yard Manual: a quiz on the history of logistics with 27 real facts, from Roman storehouses to shipping containers, barcodes and canals, 10 questions per round. Every finished job ends on a consignment note with a rubber stamp.
The animated background shows slow conveyor belts with faint box outlines over a blueprint grid. You can switch it off in Settings, where haptics and a progress reset also live. There is no sound, no account and no internet needed.
