Pieces move diagonally forward, captures are compulsory, you can jump several pieces in one turn, and a piece that reaches the far row is crowned a king that can move and capture in every direction. You win by taking every enemy piece or leaving your opponent with no move. Forty moves each without a capture or a man move is a draw.
