Sprychair: Chair Workout

Sprychair is a chair workout for beginners and older adults who want to move a little every day. Short sessions of sitting exercises on a chair, with a voice that tells you each move, make senior fitness calm and doable at home. HOW IT WORKS 1. Answer 3 quick questions, or skip them: where you'll exercise, how long each day (5, 10 or 15 minutes), and any joints to go easy on. 2. Tap Start. A voice names each move, explains how to do it and tells you when to switch sides. 3. Rest between moves with a big preview of what comes next. 4. Tap how it felt: Too easy, Just right or Too hard adjusts your next sessions. CHAIR BASICS: 28 DAYS, ALL SEATED The full 28-day Chair Basics plan is free, and every move in it is done sitting down: wake up your legs, posture and shoulders, gentle full body, stretch and relax, strong legs, arms and hands, upper body and breathing. A true chair workout: no jumping and no floor work. • 24 free moves: 20 seated and 4 you can do in bed • Quick 5 min for busy days, and a Lazy day session in bed • Try any free move on its own from the Moves tab EASY ON YOU • Slower: play a move at 0.75× or 0.5× speed • Easier: swap a move for a gentler one with one tap • Joints to go easy on: moves that load your knees, hips, shoulders or back are swapped for gentler ones • "Feeling unwell?" on every rest screen lets you stop right there • Text size Default, Large or XL, light or dark theme • Voice cues use your phone's built-in text-to-speech.
