SPAR Picker

SPAR Picker is the in-store picking app for SPAR Pakistan staff. It turns every online order into a clear, step-by-step pick list so customers get exactly what they ordered, fresh and on time. SPAR Picker is for SPAR store employees only. Accounts are created and managed by your store; there is no public sign-up. If you work at a SPAR store and need access, ask your store manager. NEW ORDERS, RIGHT AWAY • An alert rings on your phone as soon as a new order is ready to pick, even if the app is closed. • See the store's open orders and claim the one you are picking, so two pickers never work on the same basket. PICK LINE BY LINE • Every item shows its name, quantity and barcode, so you know exactly what to pick. • Scan the product barcode with your phone camera to confirm you picked the right item. • Mark items as picked, partly picked or out of stock as you go. REPLACEMENTS DONE RIGHT • When an item is out of stock, propose a suitable replacement for your manager to approve. • Your manager can send an order back to you if anything needs to change, and you will see exactly what to fix. SOLD BY WEIGHT • For meat, fish and loose produce, enter the weight of each piece. The app works out the line total from the weighed amount, so the customer pays for what they get. PHOTO EVIDENCE • Take a photo of an item or the packed basket when it is needed, straight from the app. HAND OFF WITH CONFIDENCE • Review the whole basket before you finish, then hand it off for dispatch in one tap. • See the full history of each order, including every change made along the way. BUILT FOR THE SHOP FLOOR • Large, clear screens that work one-handed while you move around the aisles. • Alerts are designed to be heard in a busy store, and the app reminds you if your phone settings could stop them from ringing. PRIVACY SPAR Picker uses your camera only to scan barcodes and take picking photos. Customer details are shown only to help you complete an order. See our privacy policy for full details.
