Tap2Vibe: Make Friends Nearby

Tap2Vibe helps you find people near you to do something with, tonight, this weekend or whenever suits you. Home shows what's on around you: people waiting for someone to join them, plans posted for a set time, and concerts, games, library talks, park events and exhibitions, day by day. Want to play ping pong and have nobody to play with? Post it for "whenever". It stays up until someone joins. Then you pick a time that works for both of you, and the app suggests places in between you that are open then. It works for groups too. Or make a plan with a time and a place, and people nearby who are up for the same thing hear about it. Set how far you'll go, from 15 minutes to an hour and a half, and tell Tap2Vibe what you're up for and when you're usually free. It lets you know when someone nearby posts one of those, at most twice a day. Going to an event? Say you're going, then make it a plan so others can come with you. On the day, the plan's chat helps everyone find each other: a quick vote on where to meet, who's still coming, and who's on the way or already there. Nobody's location is tracked. After you meet, add the people you got on with to your people. Their plans come first for you, and you can invite them again. Chats keeps direct messages, plan chats, match chats and groups in one list, with photos, GIFs, polls and icebreakers. Moderators check a selfie against the profile photo before giving the Verified badge. There are women and non-binary plans, Share with a friend sends someone you trust who you're meeting and where, and you can report or block anyone in one tap. Tap2Vibe is for adults 18 and over.

First release. Find plans and events near you, post your own, find someone to meet right now, and talk in the plan's chat before you meet.
