SaralReader: PDF & Highlights

SaralReader is a simple, private PDF reader from Saral Techies. Open any PDF on your phone, highlight what matters, bookmark pages and pick up exactly where you left off. There are no ads, you don't need an account, and the app doesn't even have internet access, so your documents never leave your phone. READ COMFORTABLY • Open PDFs from your phone, your files app, or straight from email and chat apps with "Open with SaralReader" • Your library lists recent documents with the page you reached, so you continue right where you stopped • Night and sepia page colours for reading in the dark or for long sessions • Tap links inside the document • Search, select and copy text (on phones with recent Google Play system updates) HIGHLIGHT AND KEEP YOUR NOTES • Highlighter pen: drag along a line to highlight it, on any Android phone • Or select text and tap Highlight (where text selection is available) • See all highlights of a book in one list, jump to any of them, or remove them • Share your highlights as neat notes (Markdown) to your notes app, email or WhatsApp, or copy them as text • Your original PDF is never changed BOOKMARKS • Bookmark any page with one tap • Jump back to a bookmark from the list PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No ads and no sign-up • No internet permission: documents, highlights and reading progress stay on your phone • Your files stay where they are. Removing a book from the library never deletes the file Made in India by Saral Techies (saraltechies.com). Questions or ideas? Write to us. We read every message.

• Fixed: the app closed when you started scanning a document. Scan to PDF works now. • Works again on a few landscape-only tablets and devices.
