Award certificate maker for schools, sports clubs and teams: pick one of 102 templates, type the names or paste a list, and get one certificate page per name in a single PDF. Make certificates of achievement, attendance, course completion, employee of the month, kids' rewards, sports awards and gift vouchers, then review every page before you save. ▶ REVIEW THE PDF YOU WILL SAVE • Generate PDF preview, then review pages rendered from that generated PDF before choosing Save PDF. The reviewed document is the file kept in My awards. • Save PNG archive creates a ZIP of images rendered from the same PDF pages. • Text that does not fit or contains unsupported characters blocks export. The affected rows and fields are shown so you can revise the text. • PDF size and page count are checked before an export is saved. Sharing is a separate step after the file is stored in the app. ▶ KEEP YOUR RECIPIENT ROSTER IN ORDER • In Batch, paste names on separate lines or import a CSV with a name or recipient column. Use Load roster to see the recipients. • Each retained row gets a certificate page in the input order. Duplicate names are highlighted and counted; they stay in the roster until you select rows for removal. • Remove selected rows shows the before and after counts for confirmation. Choose Compose for this roster to use the names in a batch PDF. ▶ CHOOSE A TEMPLATE FOR THE OCCASION • Browse 102 templates: 17 award types, each in six frame styles. Category chips narrow the list, and every thumbnail shows its actual frame. • Sports awards for football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, swimming, athletics, hockey and cycling sit alongside achievement, attendance, school, employee of the month, kids’ reward, course completion and appreciation. • Gift voucher templates print a Voucher code and an expiry date; certificate templates print a Certificate ID. Each page also carries a scannable code holding that ID as a reference code. It is not a validity check. ▶ MAKE THE CERTIFICATE YOURS • Edit the title, subtitle, recipient, award text, issuer and code prefix. Set dates with day, month and year steppers or Today and Yesterday; they print as written-out dates in the draft’s language. • Choose A4 or Letter paper, in landscape or portrait. Add a star, laurel or shield seal, or leave the seal off. • Pick a logo image and draw a signature to include in the document. Edits are saved to a draft as you work, and your latest draft opens again next time. ▶ KEEP DRAFTS AND SAVED EXPORTS • My awards lists drafts and saved exports. Open a draft to continue composing, or review and share a saved PDF. • Create a multipart backup of readable records, PDFs, logos and signatures. Restore the manifest and its parts together; deleted items stay deleted when backups are merged. ▶ GOOD TO KNOW • A job supports up to 200 recipients. Split larger rosters into separate jobs. CSV input must fit within 1 MiB. • Unsupported text must be changed before export. Devices without the page renderer cannot show PDF previews or create PNG archives; PDF export is restricted to supported text. • Voucher codes and expiry dates are printed information. Voucher redemption is not managed by the app. • Drafts and saved exports are kept in this app. Use Share PDF or Share PNG archive to send a file elsewhere. Keep the backup manifest and all its parts together. Damaged records need separate raw-text export.

Fixed: on some phones, tapping "Generate PDF preview" with the default paper (A4, Landscape) failed with "Could not save". It now makes one page per certificate. This update also records which steps are reached (template chosen, editor opened, preview built, PDF or PNG saved, plus a short error code) so we can see where making a certificate gets stuck. Recipient names, titles, wording and rosters are never included.
