MarbahMan

The Super App is a task-based system designed to optimize operational costs by centralizing operations tasks management and synergizing the on-ground workforce. Currently, on-ground sales agents are trained to perform multiple tasks, such as e-commerce retention, fintech sales, acquisition tasks, collection orders, and more, instead of focusing on a single task. The Super App project aims to maximize the utilization of the on-ground workforce by enabling the management, dispatching, and completion of multiple types of visits through a single agent app and a middle management system. This approach allows organizations to eliminate redundant roles and streamline operations. With the Super App, sales agents have a user-friendly interface to access and manage their assigned tasks efficiently. The middle management system acts as a control center, ensuring tasks are evenly distributed and monitored for timely completion. By centralizing task management, the Super App promotes collaboration and knowledge exchange among on-ground sales agents. It facilitates the sharing of insights, best practices, and updates related to various tasks, enhancing overall efficiency and performance. The Super App not only optimizes operational costs but also enables organizations to leverage their on-ground workforce to its maximum potential. By consolidating tasks and empowering sales agents with a versatile skill set, organizations can achieve better outcomes and improve the overall efficiency of their operations.
