conditionfile: Move-in Record

Your deposit deserves better than a camera roll. conditionfile is a private, dated record of the condition of a rented home — room by room, from the day you move in to the day you hand the keys back. Photograph each room, note the marks that were already there, and let the record do the talking. HOW IT WORKS Add a home. Add its rooms. Then walk through and record what you see. • Condition entries — a date, a condition grade, what you can see, and a photo taken on this phone. • Move-in and move-out — record the same rooms twice, so what changed is obvious. • Repair trail — log anything that breaks, with the date you reported it and whether it was fixed. • The handover pack — build a dated PDF for move-in, move-out or the full record, and share it with a landlord, letting agent or deposit scheme. WHAT IT IS FOR The scuff on the wall that was there before you arrived. The boiler you reported three times. The inventory photo you took on day one, still on your phone two years later. conditionfile keeps those details in one place, in order, with dates. BUILT TO STAY PRIVATE Everything lives on your phone. There is no account, no sign-in and no upload — the app has no internet permission at all. Your records are yours. FREE AND PRO Free keeps one home with every room, condition entry, issue and PDF pack — for good. conditionfile Pro is a single one-time purchase that lifts the ceiling: add as many homes as you like. No subscription, no renewal, no monthly fee. A RECORD, NOT LEGAL ADVICE conditionfile helps you keep accurate evidence. It does not give legal advice, does not decide who is right, and cannot guarantee that a deposit is returned. What it does is make sure your side of the story is written down, dated and photographed.

First release. Record each room's condition at move-in and move-out, attach photos and dated notes, and export a dated PDF summary. Works offline; no internet permission.
