Open multi-page TIFF & fax files. Swipe, print, save pages to PDF or JPG.
Open TIFF files on your phone, including multi-page faxes and scans. Swipe through the pages, zoom in on small print, print them, or save pages as a PDF or as images.
■ Open
- Multi-page TIFF files: swipe past the first page, up to 1,000 pages.
- Fax files compressed with CCITT Group 3 or Group 4, plus uncompressed, LZW, Deflate, PackBits and JPEG TIFF.
- Black and white, grayscale, RGB, palette and CMYK images, in strips or tiles, including BigTIFF.
- Pick a file in the app, open it from your file manager or email, or share it to the app. USB drives and cloud folders work through the file picker.
- If one page uses a compression the app can't read yet, only that page shows a note. The other pages still open.
■ View
- Swipe left and right between pages, or tap a page in the page strip.
- Pinch to zoom up to 16x, double tap to zoom in or fit.
- Rotate the view when a fax arrives sideways.
- Flip to the next TIFF in the same folder after picking the folder once (not the Download folder itself).
- Standard-resolution faxes are adjusted so pages don't look squashed.
- See each page's size, resolution, compression and color.
■ Print and save
- Print any range of pages with your phone's print screen.
- Pick a range of pages (up to 500 at a time) and save it as one PDF.
- Save the current page or several pages as JPG or PNG in your gallery.
- Share the current page as an image, or share the original file.
- After saving images, the app tells you which gallery folder they are in. After saving a PDF, you can open it right away.
■ Your files
- Files are opened only on your phone. They are never uploaded.
- The app does not ask for storage permission. It reads only the files you open, and never changes the original.
- Google services process device information for ads and app usage statistics. See the privacy policy for details.
■ Good to know
- Opens files up to 1 GB and 1,000 pages. Saves and prints up to 500 pages at a time.
- Pages using old-style JPEG, JPEG 2000, JBIG, ZSTD or WebP compression can't be opened yet.
- CMYK is converted without a color profile, so colors may differ from print.
- Very large pages are shown reduced to fit the phone's memory, and may be saved smaller too.
- The app views files. It does not edit them.
