Gavel Catfish Skillet

Gavel Catfish Skillet is an easy-to-use app built around an Arkansas river-country supper hall. Browse a docket of 48 Southern dishes banded into six courses, from catfish and sides to pies and drinks. Open a dish to follow a step-by-step cooking guide you can check off, compare pros and cons, and discover similar dishes. Cast a vote for the ones you like. Use Cast Ballot to organize your votes. Drag a card to rerank it, swipe to withdraw a vote, pin favorites to the top, and copy your ranked ballot. Skillet Watch is a short timing game. Drop a fillet, watch the sizzle meter, then flip at the golden moment. A round is five fillets, with up to 15 points. The Session Ledger tracks your progress with a dated record of rounds and votes, with notes you can add. Your votes, pins, notes and scores are stored only on your device, with no registration or accounts. Gavel Catfish Skillet keeps everything local.
