Hundredfold turns speaking, writing, a short preview and gratitude into one morning-and-evening routine for 100 days. Your phone counts every time you say it and every line you write. == Your phone counts == * Speaking - speech recognition counts each time you say your goal out loud. Somewhere quiet, say it in your head and tap the rhythm; both count the same * Writing - handwriting recognition counts the lines you write on the screen. A notebook photo counts lines too (deleted right after), or you can type * Days one to three ramp up: 30, 60, 100.
