Exam Seating Arrangement Plan

Make the exam seating arrangement for your whole college or school in a minute, then print everything the exam cell needs. Add your exam halls once: rows, benches in a row, and how many students sit on a bench. Add each class or paper as a roll number range (with a prefix, and any absent rolls left out) or paste a list straight from Excel. The app seats every student across the rooms so no two students of the same class sit side by side. Everything you need to print, in one PDF: • Seat charts: one page per room, every bench with its roll number and seat number, board at the top • Notice board list: which room each roll number range goes to • Door sheets: a big room name with the classes and roll numbers sitting inside • Attendance sheets: seat, roll number, name, class, answer booklet number and signature, per room • Invigilation duty chart: which invigilator watches which room Made for exam cells: • Keep classmates apart, or fill every seat when one class sits alone • Tap two seats to swap students, even between rooms • Each class has a letter as well as a colour, so black and white printers work • Rooms, classes and invigilators stay saved for the next exam • Print straight from the phone, share on WhatsApp, or save to Downloads • Works offline. Nothing you type leaves your phone Try it with the sample exam and see the whole plan before typing a single roll number.

The Pro button now shows a crown and the word PRO, so it is easy to spot.
