Vortex 2

Vortex 2 is a Wear OS watch face built around a mesmerizing guilloché concentric ring pattern rendered as a pastel illustration on a deep charcoal and dark slate ground. Each ring radiates outward from a calm, open center, etched with fine cross-hatched and wave-cut micro-textures that catch and hold diffused lavender and dusty purple light. The design draws on the tradition of engine-turned engraving found in fine horology, translating that mechanical precision into something softer and more cosmic. Muted grey undertones breathe beneath the layers, while purple accents drift through the grooves like traces of a nebula glimpsed through a watchmaker's loupe. The outermost rings fade gently into shadowed corners, giving the circular composition a natural, balanced feel on the round watch display.
