Manor Project Build is a local-first documentation assembler for residential and small-project building work. It helps you assemble a finished documentary evidence pack on your phone or tablet, so you can review, reopen, and export the record without needing to contact anyone. Features - Assemble documentary workpacks - Build a structured, finished Records Pack from a clear pack blueprint: Condition Record, Progress Evidence, Snagging, or Handover. - Section bundle board with completeness visibility - Work through a section-led grid (required vs optional) and use a documentary completeness strip to see what’s ready for export. - Capture evidence per section, then refine - Add photos from camera or device gallery, include captions and notes, mark each item type (e.g., issue, finish, observation, included item), and reorder or edit evidence. - Document assembly preview while you build - See an evolving document-style preview of how the final pack will look, including section structure and evidence presentation. - Final review before export - Run a section-by-section readiness check to identify missing required details and weak labels, then resolve gaps before exporting. - Export and share finished packs from your device - Save locally, export a PDF locally, and share using Android’s share actions. Pack content stays on-device unless you export or share it. Local-first, device-led records Drafts and media references are stored locally by default. You can reopen and continue assembling your packs later, duplicate them for new projects, rename them, and delete drafts when you no longer need them. If camera access is denied, you can still assemble packs using note-based content where possible. Built for Residential homeowners and small-project teams who want a practical, document-ready building record they can assemble on their device: cover sheet, sectioned evidence pages, captions and notes, grouped image thumbnails, and an optional appendix for next-step items. The app is designed to be useful even if you never open Contact. Settings and Legal Settings let you manage local preferences such as theme, image export quality, PDF sizing density, and date format. Legal includes an honest note that the app is a self-service documentation tool, with outputs intended for information and recordkeeping orientation. Pack data is stored locally on the device unless you export or share it.
