Davos Transport Exchange helps you prepare a clear transport exchange pack for a movement, handover, collection, delivery, warehouse transfer, or similar freight-support scenario. Build it step by step, validate the essentials you’ve entered, then save locally or export using Android’s share options. Key features - Movement scope setup - Choose movement type, route pattern (one-way, return, multi-stop, transfer), and collection/delivery structure. - Add an internal reference if it helps your team keep track of the brief. - Cargo and handling details - Configure load type and unit type (pallets, cartons, crates, loose items, mixed). - Capture quantity, handling needs (for example fragile, keep upright, protected load, no stack), and loading/unloading method. - Timing and service conditions - Enter collection and delivery date/time windows, plus any waiting-time notes. - Add service condition notes and any booking reference needed for the handover pack. - Site access and exchange notes - Record access restrictions, vehicle size/height notes, forklift and tail-lift availability, and loading bay information. - Include contact-at-site fields (when you want them in the pack) and free-text exchange notes for a cleaner handover. - Review, validation, and completeness grid - Check your pack readiness with a package completeness grid (Movement, Cargo, Handling, Timing, Site access, Notes). - See practical component validation panels that highlight missing essentials or contradictions before you export. - Save, duplicate, and export as a reusable pack - Save drafts and completed packs locally, rename, duplicate, delete, and reopen. - Export a locally generated transport exchange pack as PDF and/or text, or share it via the Android share sheet.
