Description
Inspect your preparation across six areas and generate a local action pack.
Aeternum Practice is an inspection-first preparation and reflection tool for people getting ready for a specialist appointment or follow-up consultation. It helps you review what you have, spot what still needs attention, and turn gaps into a practical local action pack you can use offline.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Inspect six preparation areas, track readiness states
- Review your preparation across Visit focus, Timeline and changes, Records and treatments, Questions and decisions, Practical arrangements, and Follow-up readiness.
- Mark each area as Ready, Partial, Missing, or Not reviewed to reflect your real completion state.
Use the readiness board on Home to see gaps at a glance
- A heatmap readiness matrix shows each area’s current state, plus counts of Missing and Partial items.
- Quick totals help you understand where attention is most needed without turning the app into a dashboard.
Run a guided category inspection with delta checklists and notes
- Open any area to add local notes and mark checklist items using the same readiness states.
- A checklist delta strip summarises Ready, Partial, and Missing within the area.
- See an at-a-glance link to related issue clusters from each area screen.
Review and group gaps into issue clusters
- View an issue cluster grid that organises missing or incomplete items into practical themes such as:
- Bring or collect
- Ask or clarify
- Access and timing
- Follow-up to remember
- Open a cluster to drill into the underlying items tied back to your source area.
Generate a practical Action Pack from your inspection
- Your action pack is created from the readiness and gap data you’ve marked.
- Actions are grouped into practical buckets such as:
- Prepare before you go
- Take with you
- Ask during the visit
- Note after the visit
- Mark items as done locally, copy a summary, and export using Android’s share options.
Save, reopen, and export your reviews locally
- Save multiple reviews and drafts in a local library.
- Rename, duplicate, delete, reopen, and sort saved reviews by recent or date.
- Use an export preview to review a clean summary (readiness overview, per-area summaries, issue clusters, and action pack) before exporting via Android share.
Design that stays calm and clear
- Warm editorial visuals and a review-board-first layout keep the focus on inspecting your preparation, not on sales funnels or external forms.
A note on scope
This app is for organising and reviewing appointment preparation. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment decisions, and saved information stays on your device unless you export it yourself.
Built for
