Record your daily clinical activity, track your performance against your cadre's indicators, and manage office leave, from your phone, wherever you are working. DAILY DATA ENTRY Record attendance and your day's clinical activity: ward rounds, patients reviewed, procedures, investigations and more. The fields shown are tailored to your department, so you only see what applies to your work. MY DASHBOARD See your reporting at a glance: total reports, approvals, submission rate, days worked, ward rounds and patients reviewed. REPORTS Review your submissions week by week, with a day-by-day breakdown. Submit a completed day for review, edit a draft, or fill in a day you missed. OFFICE LEAVE Apply for leave, choose your dates, and follow the status of your request through to approval. An account issued by your facility is required to sign in. This app is intended for Ministry of Health personnel.
