EHTrack - Environmental Health

EHTrack is a Ministry of Health Uganda tool for environmental health officers to carry out and report their fieldwork. What you can do: 1. Fill in inspection forms for health facilities, schools, food premises, and public places. 2. Complete environmental health KPI and healthcare waste management forms, including scorecards. 3. Follow up on cases, update their status, and see their history. 4. Track progress against your targets and view charts and regional performance. 5. Add GPS location, photos, files and signatures to a form. 6. Use skip logic, calculated fields, and scoring built into each form. 7. Export a submission as a PDF. Works offline: 1. Forms, administrative units and health facilities are saved on your device. 2. Submissions are stored on the device first and sync when you are back online. 3. New and updated forms arrive with the next sync. 4. Case updates that are sent twice do not create duplicates. An account is required to sign in.
