iQrcode Z brings a camera magnifier, a QR code and barcode scanner, and a text reader together in one simple app.
It opens straight into a full-screen magnifier. Pinch to zoom, fine-tune brightness and zoom with the sliders, turn on the flash, and choose a color, grayscale or inverted live filter to make medicine leaflets, small print on labels and dim corners easy to read. Take a photo of what you see, then save, share or print it.
Point the camera at a QR code or barcode and it is read instantly, with an optional beep and a scan history to look back on. When several codes are in view, the picture freezes and each code is outlined, so you simply tap the one you want. You can also pick a picture from your gallery and read the codes in it. Every result comes with the right action: open a link, call a number, send a text or an email, add a contact or a calendar event, show a place on the map, or see a Wi-Fi network's name and password. Any result can be copied with one tap.
Text recognition (OCR) reads Latin, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Devanagari script, and the recognized text can be read aloud, which helps with long passages or tired eyes.
iQrcode Z speaks 50 languages and works in both portrait and landscape.
