StepraWondel

A fast word ladder on a black grid with acid green highlights. Turn one start word into a target word, one letter per step, and every step must be a real word from a 1,720-word lexicon. There is no keyboard: each letter position is a wheel you roll up or down. Here is the training plan. Warm-up Swipe a wheel or tap its arrows, and only one wheel may turn per step. A console line checks your candidate as you go, flagging it as fine, not in the lexicon or already used, and Commit Step locks it in. The tape of steps runs along the upper edge, with the target pinned on the right. Interval one: Sprint Chain ladders against the clock. You start with 120 seconds, every clear adds 8 and a skip costs 10. Puzzles in this mode have a par of 3 to 5. Interval two: Endless No clock at all. Puzzles keep coming and get longer, the tier rising every 3 clears up to par 8. Skips are your only lives, and you begin with 3. Recovery: the workshop Points from cleared ladders pay for tools, and no other currency exists. Hints show the next word on a shortest route, letter reveals mark which wheel to turn, Clock +15s adds time to every sprint across 4 levels, and Spare Skip gives Endless one more skip across 2 levels. Results Every session ends with a log of points, steps, ladders at par and skips. Badges hold 12 milestones, from First Step and On Par to Ten on the Clock and Summit Tier. History keeps total clears, clears at par and a table of recent sessions with mode, clears, points and date. Cool-down A slow drifting grid and a scanning acid line with a trail move behind the screens. This animated background can be switched off in the System tab, next to haptics and a progress reset. The game is silent, plays offline and needs no account.
