MyBelAir

The official mobile app of Barangay Bel-Air, Makati City. MyBelAir puts the barangay's services in your pocket — request documents, track their status, verify certificates, register for events, and get important announcements, without a trip to the Barangay Hall. WHAT YOU CAN DO 📄 Request documents Apply for a Barangay Clearance, Certificate of Residency, Certificate of Indigency, first-time job seeker certificate, and more — right from your phone. No need to already be in the barangay's records; staff will match or register you when you visit to claim your document. 🖨️ Print at home, validate at the barangay Once approved, print your provisional copy with its QR code. Bring it to the Barangay Hall, pay the fee in cash, and staff will attach your Official Receipt and the barangay seal — that's what makes it valid. You only need to visit once. 🔍 Track any request Every request gets a tracking reference. Check its status any time, with or without an account. ✅ Verify a document Scan the QR code on any barangay-issued certificate, ID, or pet tag to confirm it's genuine and see its current status. 🗓️ Register for events Sign up for barangay programs, drives, and community events, and see your registration status and any remaining slots. 🐾 Pet registration Apply to register your pet and keep its anti-rabies vaccination record up to date. 🪪 Your Barangay ID, digitally Once your barangay ID is issued, view it right in the app — your photo, ID number, and validity, with the same QR code as your physical card. 🔔 Stay informed Get barangay news, announcements, and urgent advisories (like service interruptions) as they're posted — including a always-visible way to reach emergency numbers. 👤 Optional account Create a free MyBelAir account to skip re-typing your details on every form and see all your requests in one place. Everything in the app also works without an account — accounts are a convenience, never a requirement.
