Like Tock: the Dutch board game with cards. Play the computer or friends online.
Keezen is the board game that comes out of the cupboard in every Dutch home: cards, pawns and plenty of friendly sabotage. Now on your phone, against three computer players that really put up a fight.
TOGETHER WITH YOUR PARTNER
You and Noor sit opposite each other and play against Wim and Olaf. The team that gets all eight of its pawns home first wins. Prefer everyone for themselves? That works too. Or play one against one, just the two of you.
ONLINE WITH FRIENDS
Create a game and send the code to your friends. Everyone plays on their own phone, and the computer takes any empty seats. If someone has to step away, the computer plays for them until they are back.
THE REAL RULES
• One deck of 52 cards: 5 cards each, then twice 4, then the deck is shuffled again.
• Ace and king bring a pawn in, the queen moves 12 forward, and the jack swaps two pawns.
• The 7 can be split over two pawns, and the 4 moves backwards.
• Landing exactly on a pawn sends it home, even your partner's or your own.
• A pawn on its own start position blocks everyone.
• All your pawns home? Then you keep playing with your partner's pawns.
HOUSE RULES
Play with jokers, or let everyone give one card to their partner before each round. Just like you play it at home.
THREE LEVELS
Easy to learn the game, normal for a relaxed match, and hard if you want to think. On hard, the computer remembers which cards have already been played.
EASY TO PICK UP
Every card shows what it does. Tap a card and then a pawn, and you see exactly where it lands. If a card allows only one move, just tap it twice. The Tip button shows what a strong player would do.
ALSO GOOD TO KNOW
• Against the computer you can play without an internet connection.
• Your game is saved after every move.
• No account needed.
• Free with ads; one purchase removes them.
What's new
Online games run more smoothly: pawns no longer jump and the computer plays at a steady pace.
