Universal Translator helps you understand and be understood: at a restaurant abroad, at the doctor's, with a new colleague or with a letter you can't read. One app for text, conversations, photos and documents in over 75 languages. TALK FACE TO FACE Put the phone on the table. Each of you taps your own side and speaks; the other person sees the translation on their half of the screen and hears it read aloud. The top half turns upside down so both of you can read across the table. TRANSLATE TEXT Type or paste up to 5,000 characters. The source language is detected for you. Listen to the result, copy it, star it or show it full screen to someone else. CAMERA TRANSLATION Take a photo of a menu, sign, label or notice, or pick one from your gallery. The text is read on your phone and the translation is placed right over the photo, with a list of every line underneath. The photo itself is never uploaded. TRANSLATE FILES Choose a PDF or a photo of a page: letters, contracts, instructions, school notes. Scanned PDFs work too. Read the translation paragraph by paragraph, switch back to the original and copy everything with one tap. HISTORY, FAVOURITES AND PHRASEBOOK Every translation is saved on your phone. Star the ones you need again and build your own phrasebook sorted by topic: travel, food and drink, shopping, health and work. No ads. Your history stays on your phone. Text you translate and recorded speech are processed by our server and our AI service provider only to give you the translation; they are not used to train AI models. Text in photos and files is recognised on your phone. You can delete your data from Settings at any time. The app interface is available in English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Arabic, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Hindi. Machine translation can make mistakes.
