Waveson Rise

Waveson Rise is a track-day logbook without the hardware. You type the lap times in yourself, log what you changed on the car, and the app shows you the honest before and after. No satellite fix, no telemetry box, no account. ENTERING LAPS IS THE FAST PART A keypad built for m:ss.mmm and nothing else. Times come off your stopwatch or your own timing loop and go straight in. WHAT A SESSION TELLS YOU Personal best per car and per track, the median, the average of your top five, and a consistency figure — plus a stepped sparkline putting every lap of the session against your best, so a single hero lap stops flattering an untidy afternoon. THE SETUP IMPACT LEDGER Log any change — tyre pressure, camber, dampers, aero, brake pads — and the app compares your best, median and consistency across every dry session on that car and track, before against after. It never guesses. With fewer than three valid laps on either side it says so plainly rather than inventing a verdict. Wet sessions and days with swinging temperatures are flagged, so a lucky warm afternoon is not quietly credited to a suspension tweak. And it will not tell you what to change: some changes make you faster and some do not, and the ledger stays honest either way. That is the whole point of keeping one. THE DEBRIEF LOOP After a session, write down what worked, where the time went, and one goal for next time. That goal follows you into your next session in the same car, and you mark it achieved or missed — so a track day closes a loop instead of starting from nothing. Goals carry across the season on the car's page. A tyre check records tread depth per corner in millimetres with a photograph, so wear is a measurement rather than an impression. REFERENCE, OFFLINE Fourteen well-known circuit layouts, and eighteen setup parameters — tyre pressure, camber, toe, ride height, damping, anti-roll bars, brake bias and compound, splitter, wing angle — each explained in plain language for what it actually does. Add your own circuits alongside them. THE GARAGE Several cars, each with its own tyre specification, baseline setup, tread-wear warning threshold, personal best per track and season figures. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No account, no sign-up, no cloud, no backend. Everything lives in the app on the phone, and the only time it touches the network is to open the privacy policy or terms. WHO IT IS FOR Amateur and club-level drivers who already time their laps by hand and want a proper logbook for the car instead of a spreadsheet.
