Oasi: box breathing and calm

One minute to calm your mind. No account, no ads, no hidden subscriptions. 🟧 BREATHE Box breathing (4‑4‑4‑4) guided by a square that breathes with you: inhale, hold, exhale, hold. A calm voice says each phase out loud and the phone vibrates on every change, so you can do it with your eyes closed, on the train or before sleep. Pick the pace (3‑6 seconds per side) and the length (1‑10 minutes or unlimited). The screen stays on during the session. 💊 ONE PILL A DAY Short lines you can read in ten seconds: original thoughts, classics (Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, Lao Tzu, Pascal) and ideas inspired by books such as Flow, The Power of Now and The Headspace Guide to Meditation. Save the ones that speak to you, copy them, add your own. 🎧 ASMR FROM YOUTUBE Relaxing sounds, sorted by category: white and brown noise, barber, house cleaning, shoe care, crackling fire, rain, thunderstorm, ocean waves, forest, Italian whispers, keyboard, lo‑fi. They keep playing while you breathe. Sleep timer for the night. Add your own YouTube links. 🌅 SCENES THAT BREATHE Colour or photo backgrounds that expand with your breath. "Switch off the mind" picks a scene, a sound and a pace for you in one tap. Tell the app how you feel — anxious, sleepless, overloaded — and it prepares the right combination. 🌿 YOUR OASIS Sessions, minutes, day streak. Favourite pills and sounds. Everything stays on your phone: no data is sent anywhere. Italian and English. Free forever: if it helps, you can buy the developer a coffee. Sounds are YouTube videos played with the official player and remain the property of their authors. Pills marked "inspired by" paraphrase the ideas of the books cited; they are not quotes. The app does not provide medical advice.
