Timetable & Tasks helps school and college students keep their class timetable, homework, assignments, exams and events in one app. Open it once and you know which class is on now, what is due next, and when the next exam is. TODAY The home screen shows the class happening now with the time left, the next class, assignments that need attention, a countdown to the nearest exam and the rest of this week. The + Task, + Exam, + Event and + Note buttons are always at hand. WEEKLY TIMETABLE Add subjects, teachers, rooms and times. Breaks and the total hours per day are worked out for you. Classes and extracurricular/club activities are kept apart: classes cannot be placed on your days off, clubs can go on any day. Move a class to another time or day, just once or from now on. ASSIGNMENTS, EXAMS AND EVENTS Homework, group projects, tests, midterms, finals, club meetings. Everything is grouped automatically: overdue, today, tomorrow, this week, next week. Each item has a checklist: questions to finish, chapters to study, or things to bring. REMINDERS RIGHT ON TIME Choose when to be reminded: at the due time, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, 1 day, 2 days or 1 week before. You can also be reminded before each class starts and get a morning summary. Mark items done straight from the notification. CALENDAR See deadlines, exams and events by date, with your own weekly days off (Sunday only, Saturday and Sunday, or Friday). NOTES AND PHOTOS Free notes or checklists, pinned to the top if you like. Snap the whiteboard and mark it up right away, then share it together with the note.
