Dues Book: Club Fund Tracker

Dues Book is a treasurer's notebook on your phone. Perfect for neighbourhood dues, class funds, savings clubs, community groups and any group that collects regular payments. Tick who has paid; arrears and reports are calculated for you. GROUPS AND MEMBERS Create a group for each circle, then add members one by one or paste many names at once. Members can be copied from another group. Members with the most arrears are listed first. TYPES OF DUES Monthly, weekly, every 5 days (pasaran) or every 35 days (selapanan, Javanese calendar). Dues can also be limited to a number of times, e.g. 12, with "payment 2 of 6" shown. PAY, PAY IN ADVANCE, AND ARREARS Tap a member to mark them paid. Pay several periods in advance or make a partial payment. A green +3 means paid ahead, a red -2 means behind. BILLS AND REPORTS TO WHATSAPP Send a bill to those who haven't paid, or a period report to the WhatsApp group, with one button. CASH, BANK, AND MONEY HELD BY OTHERS Record money in and out, with separate cash and bank balances plus money held by other officers. Transfer between them without changing the total. Expenses can have a receipt photo. CALENDAR AND REMINDERS Pick a period from the calendar, see the monthly cash calendar, and get a reminder on the day dues are due. CALCULATOR Quick sums, including splitting evenly by the number of group members. NO INTERNET, NO ACCOUNT All dues and cash data stays on your phone and is never sent to any server.
