Attendance Book: QR Card

Attendance Book replaces the paper attendance register. Every participant gets a QR card; on arrival and departure, just scan the card with your phone camera. The attendance list is ready instantly and can be saved to Excel at any time. Great for classes, courses, study groups, meetings, community groups, training, seminars, and even wedding guest books. QR PARTICIPANT CARDS Add participants one by one, or import them all at once from Excel - even an Excel file that already has pasted QR images. Each participant gets a 6-digit code (or use a student/employee ID) and a print-ready card. Print one at a time, or 10 cards per A4/Folio sheet. Change the card title and use your own background image, for example for invitation cards. REUSABLE ACTIVITIES Create an activity once (e.g. "Class 7A" or "Weekly meeting"), choose its participants, and use it every day. Each day is recorded with its own date. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Choose Check in or Check out, then keep scanning cards without pressing any more buttons. The name and time appear briefly and a beep confirms success. Forgot the card? Type the code, or read it from a photo of the QR. INSTANT ATTENDANCE LIST See who has checked in, checked out, or not arrived yet. Times can be corrected if something is wrong. HISTORY AND EXCEL All past days are kept in the History tab. Save to Excel in three forms: one day's list, all dates with full times, or a register-style summary (names down, dates across, marked H). Send via WhatsApp, Drive, or email. TWO PHONES, ONE EVENT Many guests and two entrances? Scan with two phones, then merge the data on one phone.
