MileLogLite: Mileage Log

Keep a clear mileage log without an account. MileLogLite helps you record vehicle journeys, separate business and personal distance, and prepare monthly reports. Your records stay on your device unless you choose to export them. QUICK MANUAL ENTRY Add a vehicle, enter the date and start/end odometer readings, and save a trip. Distances use kilometres with two decimal places. Add a note, correct a saved trip, or delete it with confirmation. When adding a new trip, reuse a previous end reading for the same vehicle with an explicit tap. OPTIONAL GPS TRIPS Start and stop GPS recording yourself. Precise location is requested only for this feature; manual entry works without location permission. A persistent recording notification includes a Stop action. Interrupted trips retain saved distance and offer Resume, Finish or Discard. Missing GPS intervals are not estimated, and an unmeasured zero-distance trip is identified rather than treated as a confirmed stationary trip. MONTHLY RECORDS AND REPORTS Browse previous and next months, see total/business/personal distance, and reopen a trip to edit it. Saving a manual trip takes you to its month. Export the selected month as CSV or PDF through Android's file picker. BACKUP AND MERGE RESTORE Save a JSON backup of committed vehicles and trips. Preview a backup before merging it. Exact duplicate trips are skipped; existing records are not replaced or deleted. Finish or discard an unfinished GPS session before restoring. CSV and PDF are reports, not restorable backups. LOCAL AND UNDER YOUR CONTROL No login, advertising or automatic cloud sync. GPS keeps only the latest distance anchor during an unfinished session, not a route history. Local diagnostic reports can be saved and shared only when you choose. Exported files are not encrypted by the app; choose a private destination and keep backups separately. GPS reception depends on the device and surroundings. Check your readings before using reports. MileLogLite does not calculate reimbursement rates or provide tax advice.
