ColorArchive: Color Palettes

Keep the colors that inspire you in a private, offline library. ColorArchive helps you collect visual references from your camera or a photo you choose. Tap a sample point, lock the reading, add your own color and palette names, and save it on your device. COLLECT AND UNDERSTAND • Sample the live camera or a selected photo. • Lock a color while you name it, then resume sampling. • Read HEX, RGB, HSV, HSL and sRGB-derived Lab values (D65/2°). • See a simple descriptive color name and an HSL complementary-color suggestion. ORGANIZE AND REUSE • Group saved colors into named palettes. • Choose an existing palette name or type a new one. • Search palette and color names, or paste a HEX value to find matching saved RGB values. • Edit saved color names and HEX values, rename palettes, and confirm before deleting. • Copy a saved HEX value or save a complementary color as a separate record. EXPORT WHEN YOU CHOOSE • Export your library as CSV. • Export a saved color as a PNG reference card with its name, palette and numeric values. • Choose each file destination in Android's document picker. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account, ads or automatic uploads. The app has no Internet permission. Camera access is optional: your saved library and selected-photo tools remain available without it. Camera frames are processed while the preview is active; the app does not save camera photos. Selected photos are read for sampling without changing the originals. Activity/error codes stay on your device. Help & feedback lets you save a diagnostic report yourself or clear the local activity log and diagnostic ID. Nothing is sent automatically. COLOR REFERENCE, NOT A CALIBRATED MEASUREMENT Lighting, camera white balance, the device and the displayed image can affect readings. ColorArchive is not a certified colorimeter, paint-matching service or guarantee of physical color accuracy. Lab values are derived from sRGB, not instrument calibration. Saved palettes stay in this app's local storage. Delete colors or palettes in Library, or remove all app data in Android settings. Automatic app-data cloud backup and device transfer are excluded by the app's backup configuration. CSV/PNG exports are reference files, not restorable app backups, and exported copies remain wherever you saved them. An Android photo or document provider may need its own network connection for cloud files.
