FootPrint

This is a solid foundation! You’ve clearly defined the app’s USP (Unique Selling Point): Privacy. To make this even more effective for the Google Play Store algorithm (ASO - App Store Optimization) and to integrate your new feature seamlessly, we should focus on adding relevant keywords that users actually search for. Here is a revised version of your description, optimized for readability and searchability. FootPrint: Private GPS Logger Rediscover your steps and uncover the world. See every street you’ve explored and every path you’ve taken with FootPrint, the powerful and private GPS logger. FootPrint acts as your personal travel diary, mapping your journey while giving you 100% control over your data. Uncover the "fog" on your map and leave no corner of the world unexplored! 🔒 Privacy is Our Priority Unlike other location trackers, your data never leaves your device. Local Storage: Your entire database is stored offline on your phone. No Servers: Your private coordinates are never sent to a cloud. Offline Mode: Use the app without an internet connection (Google Maps layer requires data to load, but logging is 100% offline). ✨ New: Precision Path Editing We know GPS isn’t always perfect. You can now fully edit your recorded paths. Add missing points to complete a journey. Remove "drift" points or unwanted stops. Personalize your tracks for the most accurate representation of your travels. 🚀 Key Features 🗺️ Visualize Your History: See your entire location history as a "footprint" on the map. Watch the fog disappear as you visit new places. ⏺️ Simple Manual Control: You decide when to record. Start and stop with one tap—no unwanted background tracking. 🗂️ Total Track Management: * Filter your history by date or location. Advanced Editing: Long-press to modify specific points or clean up your route. 📥 Import & Export GPX: Easily import tracks from drones, other apps, or GPS devices. Export your data for backups or use in other mapping software. 📍 Custom Checkpoints: Mark your favorite cafes, viewpoints, or hidden gems. 🏷️ Smart Tags & Organization: Categorize your paths (e.g., "Hiking," "Road Trip," "Work") and filter your world to find unique insights. 📊 Travel Insights: View detailed statistics on your travel patterns, including total distance, duration, and cities visited. 🏙️ City Explorer: Track which cities and countries you’ve passed through and keep a digital passport of your adventures.
