SPAR Rider

SPAR Rider is the delivery app for SPAR Pakistan riders. It shows you which orders to deliver, guides you to each customer and keeps the store updated, from the moment an order leaves the store until it is in the customer's hands. SPAR Rider is for SPAR delivery riders only. Accounts are created and managed by your store; there is no public sign-up. If you ride for a SPAR store and need access, ask your store manager. YOUR SHIFTS • See your weekly roster: which days you work, your hours and the store you ride from. • Go online when your shift starts and offline when it ends. Your status (Online, On Route or Offline) updates automatically, so the store always knows who is available. ORDERS ASSIGNED TO YOU • The store assigns orders to you; there is nothing to accept or decline. • An alert rings on your phone as soon as a new order is assigned, even if the app is closed. • Open an order to see the customer's name, phone number, address, items and the amount to collect. GET THERE FASTER • One tap opens directions to the customer in your phone's maps app. • Call the customer straight from the order if you need help finding them. CASH ON DELIVERY • See exactly how much to collect for each order before you arrive. • Mark the order delivered once you have collected payment; the cash you collected is recorded against your account. • Keep track of the cash you are holding. When you have cash to hand in, the store clears it with you before assigning new orders. COMPLETE THE DELIVERY • Mark each order delivered in one tap; the store and the customer's order status update straight away. • See today's deliveries and the amounts you delivered today and this week. BUILT FOR THE ROAD • Large, clear screens that are easy to use on the go. • The app reminds you if your phone settings could stop delivery alerts from ringing. LOCATION AND PRIVACY SPAR Rider uses your location only while you are online, so the store can see where deliveries are and guide you to customers. Location is not collected when you are offline or the app is not in use. Customer details are shown only to help you complete a delivery. See our privacy policy for full details.
