Block distracting apps, set focus schedules, and review your usage.
Officer Meow is a productivity app that helps you reduce unplanned use of selected Android apps and websites. It creates a deliberate pause before opening social media, video, news, or other targets that distract you from work, study, rest, or personal time.
How it works:
1. Select installed Android apps and optionally add website domains you want to manage.
2. Grant Usage Access and Accessibility Service permissions when you choose to enable blocking. These permissions are used to identify when a selected target opens and show Officer Meow's own blocking screen. The app does not read message content, passwords, or webpage content.
3. Create focus schedules and per-target rules. At an attempted opening, Officer Meow can show a short pause, countdown, or mission before you decide whether to continue.
4. Review your block history, focus sessions, and usage summaries on your device.
Main features:
- Select distracting installed apps to block
- Add website domains manually
- Create focus schedules and per-target rules
- Use optional pauses, countdowns, and mission challenges
- Temporarily allow a selected target when you choose
- Review usage and block history
- Create share cards from your progress
Officer Meow is a personal productivity and habit-support tool. It is not parental-control software, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Target selections and personal activity history remain on your device.
