Stockyard Animal Health

A vet visit without the drive. Stockyard Animal Health connects Florida farmers, ranchers and pet owners with Dr. Meleah McMillen, a licensed Florida veterinarian, by video. Farm calls are expensive, clinic hours don't match farm schedules, and hauling a sick horse 60 miles isn't always practical. Book a video consultation instead and get answers from a vet who knows large and small animals. HOW IT WORKS • Book a consultation from the Home tab. Visits are $60, and your animal needs to be in Florida at the time of the visit • Tell Dr. McMillen about your animal and what's going on. You can add a preferred pharmacy • Choose an open time (shown in Eastern time) • Pay securely by card. Have a promo code? Enter it before you pay • Join your video visit from the Appointments tab, up to 15 minutes before the start • Message Dr. McMillen about your visit • Get a discharge summary with her recommendations by email, and see your past visit records in the app • Cancel at least 24 hours before your visit for a full refund ANIMALS WE SEE Horses, cattle, goats, pigs, sheep, dogs, cats and more. When your animal needs more than telemedicine can provide, Dr. McMillen will tell you plainly what's going on, how urgent it is, and what to tell a local vet. You'll never leave a consultation without direction. PRIVATE AND SECURE • Sign in with a one-time code by text or email, no password to remember • Video calls are never recorded • Lock the app with your fingerprint, face or device PIN • Card payments are processed by Stripe Stockyard Animal Health is for non-emergency care. If your animal is having an emergency, contact your nearest emergency veterinarian right away.
