Hold anywhere on the screen to raise a mirrored shield, then release at the exact instant a pulse reaches the center to send it echoing back where it came from. Timing is everything. Hold too early and the shield drops before the pulse arrives. Release too late and the pulse slips through. Only a precise release sends the wave rebounding outward in a clean reflection. Not every pulse should be reflected. Grey decoy pulses drift in among the real ones, and the shield has to stay down and let them pass untouched. Mistiming a decoy or missing a real pulse breaks your run, so every hold becomes a judgment call as much as a reflex test. Across 14 levels, the pulses arrive faster, decoys blend in more closely with real signals, and the margin for a clean release narrows.
