Win is a vocabulary learning app that tracks how many consecutive days you've studied with a daily streak counter, a simple but powerful habit-building mechanism that turns language learning into a daily commitment you can visually monitor. Your streak counter in Win starts at 1 on your first day of study and increments each day you open the app and study at least one card. Miss a day and the streak resets to 0, a gentle but effective nudge to maintain your daily learning habit. The daily streak number is prominently displayed on your stats screen, making it one of the first things you see when checking your progress. A streak of 30 days isn't just a number, it's concrete evidence of 30 consecutive days of intentional vocabulary practice. Win's achievement system celebrates streak milestones, rewarding multi-day and multi-week streaks with specific achievement badges that acknowledge the discipline required to maintain a consistent daily study habit over time. The streak mechanic transforms Win's daily use from optional to purposeful: knowing your current streak creates a small but real psychological cost to missing a day, which research shows is one of the most effective behavioral nudges for sustaining long-term habits.
