Sharsaz

Sharsaz is for residents of compounds managed through Sharsaz. Access is provided by your compound management using your house number and a six-digit PIN. There is no public account registration. Check this year’s and all-years service-fee balances, review payments by year and month, and open your payment history with recorded dates and receipt numbers. Clear labels distinguish paid, due, not-yet-due and before-tenancy months. Take supporting receipt photos and securely save them to your assigned household, year and month. Saving a photo does not change your official payment balance. The accountant’s records determine payment status after synchronization. Sharsaz does not process payments. Receive payment confirmations and compound notices when notifications are enabled. Read a short optional guide and find account-recovery guidance and technical support in Help & Support. Use English, Sorani Kurdish, Kurdish (Latin) or Arabic. Sharsaz follows your phone’s light or dark appearance. Each account is restricted to its assigned compound, household and authorized billing period. Official financial records are read-only in the app.
