The SAP Product Model Viewer mobile app for Android enables manufacturers to upskill frontline workers and deploy 3D product data into interactive service instructions leading to increased service efficiency. Key features of the SAP Product Model Viewer app for Android are: • View 3D computer-aided design (CAD) models and animated step-by-step work instructions created within SAP Integrated Product Development. • Anchor 3D product and equipment models on the floor or onto a physical surface in the real world using augmented reality (AR). • Use SAP Product Model Viewer in conjunction with SAP Service and Asset Manager to support service and maintenance tasks. • Use links or generated QR codes to quickly launch product and equipment models. • Easily access hidden components within an assembly to facilitate maintenance scenarios Note: To use SAP Product Model Viewer with your business data, you must be a user of SAP Integrated Product Development with mobile services enabled by your IT department.
