Fish Corner

Fish Corner is an offline-first masonry workbench for bricklayers, site masons, foremen, and trade apprentices who must lock wall height, brick unit size, mortar joint thickness, quoin block dimensions, and alternating corner course counts before laying external returns. Cold start opens a fullscreen corner-course card: a vertical stack of numbered courses that shows left and right quoin faces, stretcher returns, and per-course brick counts as dimensions change—not a notes list or generic calculator. WALL-HEIGHT ENGINE Enter finished wall height. The app derives course count from brick height plus bed-joint thickness and flags remainder or cut brick so you can hit exact height on the wall. BRICK + MORTAR PAD Set modular, queen, utility, or custom brick length, width, and height with adjustable bed and head joint thickness. Switch between imperial and metric whenever you need. QUOIN SIZE LOCK Define quoin block length and width or a multi-brick quoin build-out so alternating courses keep true corner returns. ALTERNATING PATTERN CONTROL Toggle header/stretcher-style quoin rhythm and see clearly which courses flip the long face. PER-COURSE BRICK TALLY Read bricks on the quoin face, return leg, and corner total, plus a whole-corner brick estimate you can trust on the scaffold. CUT / REMAINDER CALLOUT See leftover height under full courses and a suggested cut brick or joint tweak to reach the finished wall height. JOBSITE PROJECT SHELF Save named corners (NE wing, garage return, and more) with full specs in local storage. Reopen every card offline—no signal required. SEED CORNER LIBRARY Start from common modular 8×2¼, metric 215×65, and double-quoin return layouts, then duplicate and adapt for the job.
