Description
Coat steps you never lose
Fishing Schedule turns each workpiece into one glanceable coat sequence so you sand at the right grit, wait the dry window you typed, and never lose the next varnish step mid-shop rush. Built offline-first for cabinet finishers, furniture makers, instrument builders, and small finishing booths who need a real piece locked through sealer, stain or wash-coat, build coats, between-coat grit, and topcoat—not a dispatch board, lock log, or notes dump. Cold start opens the active piece’s fullscreen coat-list: ordered rows for sealer, intermediate, build, and topcoat with the product label, sand grit, and dry hours you type. A grit badge strip keeps 220 / 320 / 400 visible without opening detail. Mark a step done and the next coat appears with a simple ready-after timestamp from the dry hours you entered (in-app only). Manage a piece library with status chips—In finish, Waiting dry, Rub-out, Done—and switch the active schedule in one tap. The coat-step editor covers coat role, product name, target mils or wipe note, between-coat grit, dry hours, and optional flash-off minutes—all local typed fields. Add a per-piece shop memo for booth temp, sheen target, or grain-fill reminder. Review completed-coats history before the next session. Clone seed finish recipes (oil-varnish build, shellac pad, waterborne clear, conversion-varnish sketch) onto a new piece and edit them for the job. Set preferred grit ladders and default dry hours per coat role on the Defaults screen, persisted on device. Share a plain-text schedule for the active piece via the system share sheet for bench printouts. No account. No cloud. Just the next coat, clearly ordered, when the shop is moving fast.
