Add or manage trusted guests with customised permissions. 3. Personal assistant service: call or chat with a VIP Area concierge for help with app features, special requests, or ticket management. 4. Information about upcoming events at the Bernabéu, including schedules, menus, frequently asked questions, and other relevant details. 5. Automatic and manual alerts about announcements, event reminders, and personalised service notifications. 6. Information about Bernabéu’s restaurants and easy access to their booking portals. 7. Ability to make special gastronomy requests before the event. 8. Option to purchase merchandise before and during an event. 9. View invoices, order history, and information about special requests.
