Pump Service Pro

Pump Service Pro is the field companion to the Pump Service Pro platform at pumpservicepro.com, built for pump and well service contractors. Technicians, dispatchers and owners sign in with their existing Pump Service Pro company account to run the day's work from the truck. JOBS IN THE FIELD • See your assigned jobs and search all open jobs • Update job status: en route, on site, in progress, completed • Open the job site in Maps and call the customer with one tap • Add field notes to the job record TIME TRACKING • Clock in and out against a job, one job at a time • Office staff can see which techs are on the clock • Optional location time tracking that runs only with your consent, during work hours or while clocked in PHOTOS • Take or attach job photos with captions • Photos are compressed and stored with the job, and queue while you're offline ESTIMATES AND INVOICES • Create and edit estimates and invoices on the job: parts, labor, tax, discount and notes • Capture the customer's signature on site • Send estimates and invoices to the customer by email (office staff always; technicians when the company admin enables it) GET PAID ON SITE • Show a pay link and QR code the customer can scan to pay • Take a card payment through Stripe's secure payment sheet; card numbers are never stored by the app • Tap to Pay on supported phones for companies with an active Stripe connection WORKS WITH SPOTTY SIGNAL • Notes, photos and clock events are saved on the phone and sync when you're back online ON THE WEB PLATFORM Your office uses pumpservicepro.com for dispatch, customers and assets, pump testing reports, customer texting with pay links, the customer portal and reporting.
